3:00pm. You see this beautiful cherry blossom-line at the side of Otanida ovepass along the beltway Kan-nana which is notorious in the traffic information for its continuous traffic jam. The beauty of flowers contrasted with the smell of exhausted gas, which made me confused. Flowers can be seen on your right when riding high-seated car and running inner circle of Kan-nana. Cherry blossoms would be more beautiful if exhaust emission is decreased as the governor of Tokyo said.
