6:30 am. The Higashi Mizumoto Park is at the gate of the front approach to Narihira santosen temple where you can see the "bounded jizo" which is famous for the story of "Ooka Echizen". It locates next to the Iwaki Highway heading to Saitama Pref. from the Mito Highway, which connects Tokyo and Ibaragi.
