It locates off east of Tokyo, where retains something of the flavor of Shitamachi (a traditional working class neighborhood). I'm sure that Tora-san (a hero of the serial Shitamachi movie "Futen no Tora-san") might come to see the flowers. The flower tunnel can be seen on the way to the Mizumoto Park from Edogawa through the ex-experimental working fishery station. You can enjoy it for the time being as there also are a lot of buds in the full bloom.
