In Takada Park located in Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture, there are roughly 3,000 cherry trees. These cherry blossoms at night are very famous. Beautiful are the cherry blossoms around the moat which are reflected in the water. This year, the blossoms bloomed earlier than usual and opened fully on Sunday, the 11th. Beginning last year, a daimyo's procession, was started and the park is quite lively. Even after the cherry blossoms fall,the leaves are beautiful.
