A row of cherry trees in Iida City. It's about time for the trees to bloom. The buds are 20-30% open. Today, the road called Oomiya-dori has been shut down to host a sketching party. Adults and children sketch to their heart's content. The cherry trees in Iida will most likely be in full bloom late next week. I hope we will have sunny weather. Iida City will have its cherry blossom festival on April 18 with Oomiya-dori and Tenryukyo at its center.
