Matsumoto Culture Centre in Nagano. Perhaps it is more familiar as a hall w here the Saito Kinen Orchestra, conducted by Seiji Ozawa, hold its concert. When I was there, lots of nursery children were visiting with their families. Maybe I should have come earlier as so many leaves have already f allen, but personally I prefer this "yellow carpet" to yellow leaves still o n trees.
