Koyo of cherry trees in Takada Park. Because I knew that koyo was reaching the middle point of the Mt. Nanyo in the end of October, I took my child to the park to see it. We were a bit sceptical that it might be too early for a beautiful koyo, but despite our worries we were able to see a lovely tinge of cherry trees. It seems like cherry trees tinge faster that the others and just like its flower, the tinged leaves of the tree fall relatively quickly. When we were there, about half of the leaves were gone already. Left: In spring, people have parties under cherry trees. Right (30th Oct.): Koyo of cherry trees.
