October 29, 2000. Folk Entertainment Festival, Joetsu in Niigata Prefecture. Thirtieth Falk Entertainment Festival was held on Sunday, October 29 at the lyceum in Joetsu City. Children's group of festival music that represented the city played Japanese drums and danced. From Lushun, China, a dance group that consisted of ten people performed an ethnic dance. From Ueda City in Nagano that is sister city of Joetsu, two groups of people participated.
