October 25, 2000. Festival in Takano-Cho, Hiba in Hiroshima Prefecture. The festival was held in Kamiichi area in Takano-Cho. People looked happy regardless their age. The hair children wear is horse tail hair. I asked some local people about the origin of the festival but no one knew the details.
