May 29, 2000. Anticipating Blue flags and Sweet flag Festival in The Mizumoto Park. Katsushika, Tokyo. The MizumotoPark, which is the only large-scale wetland park in Katsushika ward, Tokyo, is now ready for "Ayame and Shobu (Iris) Festival". We are waiting for the flowers to bloom.

	You will get this bank walking up along the Edo River from the Memorial House of "Futen no Tora san" then turning left, which is ready for the festival expecting the flowers coming out.		You see this pond and patio when getting into the park. Only a few people are walking, fishing and reading at present.
