April 29, 2000. Greenery Day Festival Joetsu, Nigata Prefecture.
Greenery Day Festival was held in the Gochi Park in Naoetsu. You could enjoy horseback riding as well as buying young plants. They started it in Joetsu City hoping disabled children open up through the communication with horses. Every one who wanted to ride a horse could do it on the day. People looked enjoying the entertainment though it was rather windy day. A volinteer group, young men's association of Minamimachi 2 chome sold curry, sausages, banana chocolate and juice, which supplied some amount of pony's fee.
