February 20, 2000. Oguni festival. Ogunicho, Niigata Prefecture. Usual Oguni festival is held for two weeks every year. They use the Echigo-Oguni forest park for the place of the meeting and during the first week, there are events like "snow play", "old story telling and songs" and stores that sells special products. This year they held this meeting on February 20th cheerfully. The tourists that came by the JRs production have fun in this snowy area. In the second week, they have this meeting that they ride on a bike on a snow, which is stiffed. But this year as it didn't snow much they couldn't do this event.

	"Echigo-Oguni forest park". The place of the meeting. They made a special meeting place in the 80ha huge area.		There is a competition that one rides on the sled and the other pulls it and compete their time. You will be surely air less after finishing this track.
	"Goze" is an entertainment created in Echigo. They use to go around every farmers house to show their performance like "kazunoha-kowakare". It was really fun event but these days there are only few who do this. In the snow festival they always perform this play. People who lives here say "saaas!!" for apply when they listen to the old stories.
