July 17 to July 18, 1999.
The only 24hr Enduro in Japan from Obihiro City in Hokkaido Prefecture.

On the 17th and 18th of July, the sixth 24hr Enduro took place at the circuit of Tokachi International Speed Way. It was held as the fifth race of the Super Enduro Series and as a special stage of the GT Series. About 30 cars participated in the race. Even during the race, all about are festivities with many events taking place; interviews of drivers and the beauty queens, fire works, rides to observe the race from a hot air balloon, roast beef, and watching the race while camping in the circuit, etc. The finish is very moving. The staff and fans that have watched the cars running and are now weathered after 24hrs can become united in joy as the cars cross the finish line. The moment is so special, that everyone partakes in honest celebration. You can feel the truly heart touching moment.
